We're sorry if you didn't like your HEYES Beauty product!
For more information on our refund policy, please read below:
- There is no additional charge for exchanges, although exchanges are subject to availability.
- Please note that for group purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.
- Please note that we only offer refunds if the product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in resalable condition, and the refund request is made within 14 days of ordering. This is for hygienic reasons.
- We have a 14 day refund policy; From the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
- If you received a different item than what you ordered, we're sorry! We'll get you the correct product - just email contact@heyesbeauty.com with order details and we'll take care of the rest!
- Any items that are not returned as new in accordance with the guidelines above, we will not be able to refund your product
- If you requested a refund on an order that includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that was paid.
- Refunds will be issued to the account used in the original order.
- Card refunds can take 5-10 days to appear in your account.
