Order processing

Order processing times may vary depending on the product or the choice of your collection point. Processing times are generally 1-3 business days, excluding pre-orders and other information mentioned on the product page. Any order placed after 12:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.

Orders are never processed on weekends or public holidays. Please note that we may also have a bank holiday break. Please take this into account when placing your order.

We would like to emphasize the difference between order processing (the time we prepare and send the order) and order dispatch (the delivery time announced by the carrier).

Regarding customer service, processing time can range from 24 to 48 business hours. We do our best to process your requests as quickly as possible. We do not work on weekends, so no response can be obtained outside of business days.

Our different shipping methods

Not all shipping methods are insured, which means that if your package is lost, we are under no obligation to replace or refund it. Please keep this in mind when choosing a carrier.

France

  • Relay point: €4.95, 2-5 working days* once the package has been processed**
  • 48H home delivery: €8.90, 2 working days* once the package has been processed**
  • 48H home delivery with signature: €9.90, 2 working days* once the package has been processed**
  • 24H Express: €16 24 hours (working days) once the package has been processed**

Belgium

  • Relay point: €6.90, 3 to 6 working days* once the package has been processed**
  • Home: €6.90, 2 to 4 working days* once the package has been processed**

Swiss

  • Home: €16.00, 2 to 4 working days* once the package has been processed**

Europe and the rest of the world

- Luxembourg: €6.90

For all shipments outside Europe, any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Please note that delivery services may unfortunately experience delays in processing and/or delivery times, this is beyond our control. We therefore cannot act on these factors. An order cannot be cancelled while it is still in transit.

We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged by delivery services. If the delivery of a package is delayed for an abnormally long time, we will have to submit a request for an investigation to determine if the package is lost or simply delayed. The customer will then have to complete a declaration of non-receipt of the package which will allow us to obtain a refund for the goods lost by the delivery services. A replacement of the products will be sent to the customer once the delivery services have declared the package lost. We cannot replace or refund your order until the carrier has declared your package as officially lost or, declared your package as eligible for insurance in the event of damaged packages . Therefore, we are dependent on the processing time of your file by the carrier, this can take several days and up to several weeks.

For France and Belgium: If you have not received any news of your shipment after 10 working days from your order (i.e. the maximum processing time + the maximum delivery time), you have 14 days to notify us. After this period, we consider your package to have been delivered in good and due form.

If delivery is not successful due to an error in the delivery address entered by the customer, the latter is responsible for the delivery costs incurred for the return and resending of the goods.
